NNO additionally serves as a year-long culmination of crime prevention initiatives and acts as a catalyst for getting neighborhood watch started in communities throughout the city.

All block parties must be registered with the police department in order to receive a visit from police and fire department personnel. There will be more information to follow concerning NNO and related activities.
